I am sorry you did not enjoy the lip oil. I take customer satisfaction seriously. I just want to clarify, as it appears you maybe thought this should act like a lip gloss. This is an oil which is intended to penetrate into your lips to deeply hydrate. Our lip oil contains hydrating oils and no petroleum based products. Petroleum based products will make a lip gloss sit on your lips, maybe that is why you believe it didn't last, or that it was too dry. You may not still feel it on your lips, however, the oils have penetrated to hydrate your lips.
